Empowerment Dance Class 2023

In this class we dance to the music of strong women like Beyoncé and learn to better control and direct our own body language: sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes sexy, sometimes badass, always confident. We learn dance elements from jazz, hip-hop, afro, dancehall and commercial, always focusing on our physical presence - and of course the fun of trying out new things together and seeing progress. Don't ask, do it!
