Spring at last! Maja is the first to wake up from hibernation and is full of beans. But what to do when the entire hive is still fast asleep? Luckily, the big adventure is not long in coming: an injured ant entrusts her and Willi with a mysterious golden ball. They are to take it to a faraway ant colony whose survival depends on the mysterious cargo. Soon the orb turns out to be an egg and a little ant princess hatches out. A big task for the friends! In order to bring the lost princess to her ant colony, they have to overcome several obstacles. And while Willi takes care of the baby and discovers a whole new side of himself, Maja learns that trust is not something that can be taken for granted ...
