Der perfekte Chef

In this dramatic comedy, Julio Blanco (Javier Bardem) is a benevolent boss and owner of a family factory located in a Spanish province, specialising in the manufacture of industrial scales, which has been the centre of attention for several years. While waiting for a visit from a committee that wants to give his company an award for business excellence, he tries to solve his employees' problems on the side. In the quest to make everything work perfectly, Blanco seems to meet resistance everywhere. A series of tensions, disagreements and problems, pop up at the most inopportune time.
