After two fantastic shows in Vienna and Graz in July 2023, the most iconic of all cult bands is coming back to Austria in 2024!
With Simon McBride on guitar since April 2022, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Ian Paice and Don Airey are ready to conquer the rock world live once again - including rumours of work on a new album. As fans know, the line-up is now Mark IX in the band's long and successful history. Deep Purple have always remained true to their musical roots and have created a distinctive sound from an eclectic mix of styles that both defines the band today and leaves a legacy that very few acts will ever be able to replicate. In over 50 years, they have written and produced so many classics that their audience is very diverse in terms of age and background - a fact that the band always takes into account with their setlists. There are hardly enough superlatives to adequately honour the contribution Deep Purple has made to rock music. The anticipation of seeing the rock royalty again is logically enormous!
