Akrosphäre from Graz: "Xpect"
The duo Yasmine Heyer & Uwe Sattelkow from Akrosphäre bring a piano trio to the stage. In addition to breathtaking acrobatics at the highest level, they also create the music as they pass by. The piano comes to life. They explore the limits of what can be done with it, apart from making music. The story expresses a network of relationships between several beings. When objects become living beings, people become objects. Age-old questions about identity and relationships with people and the environment are dealt with in a creative and highly entertaining way.
Dada Circus: "Being confuses consciousness"
Circus theatre with a difference. The company from Vienna combines acrobatics, juggling, object manipulation, dance and their own style of "physical theatre" - accompanied by Lady Dada's violin and voice. They tell modern fairy tales; sometimes funny, sometimes touching, but always bizarre. In their surreal love epic "Das Sein verwirrt das Bewusstsein", they contort themselves acrobatically and give birth to status symbols of the bourgeois nuclear family just to juggle with them. And if they haven't died, they are still killing each other.
