The studio led by Bernd Vlay - a member of Innsbruck's Design Advisory Board since 2021 - and Lina Streeruwitz quite naturally entered the sphere of urban planning when it began to explore the potential of architecture. Only when the infrastructural and programmatic framework conditions are in place can architecture operate on this urban planning terrain. Bernd Vlay will use specific examples to illustrate the extent to which the studio initiates a coup of resources with its projects.
