Beckenbodentraining 2022

In this course we learn to feel and activate the pelvic floor. The muscles of the pelvic floor are moved voluntarily and strengthened through various exercises. The pelvic floor training includes both tension and relaxation exercises.

Pelvic floor training can be particularly helpful for:
Bladder weakness, bowel weakness, posture weakness

For women in particular:
Before and after childbirth
Weak connective tissue due to hormonal changes during the menopause
Lowering of the uterus
After operations in the pelvic area

For men in addition:
After prostate operations
For potency problems
