You will get to know your pelvic floor and its tasks in everyday life, various strengthening methods, awareness and relaxation, theoretical knowledge: Anatomy, everyday tasks of the pelvic floor, posture, bladder function, incontinence/prolapse.You will be given exercises that you can do on your own for a more powerful body feeling and a strong back, to increase sexual pleasure, for an irritated bladder, incontinence or a prolapse.

The course is suitable for ALL women.
