Let's swing our hips together! For all those who would like to immerse themselves in the world of oriental dance, or who already have dance experience and would like to deepen it.

What is especially important to me in my courses is learning a safe dance technique that is easy on the joints, understanding the cultural background of this dance form and, of course, the fun and joy of dancing together.

I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in. You can dance barefoot, with socks or in flat dance shoes/ballet slippers. You are also welcome to bring a scarf or shawl that you can tie around your hips - there are also hip scarves available to borrow.
