Auszeichnung des Landes Tirol für Neues Bauen 2024/2025

Every two years, the province of Tyrol, together with the Chamber of Civil Engineers | Arch+Ing Tyrol and Vorarlberg - Architects' Section, the Central Association of Austrian Architects (ZV - Zentralvereinigung der Architekt:innen Österreichs, Landesverband Tirol) and aut. architektur und tirol, honours exemplary buildings in Tyrol.
In June, the jury inspected a shortlist of buildings from the 60 projects submitted for the "Tyrol Award for New Building 2024" and decided on 20 nominations. The decision as to which of these nominated projects will receive an award or recognition will be announced at a ceremony in the aut by Deputy Governor Georg Dornauer, who will present the award winners with a certificate.
From 15 November 2024, all projects submitted for the "Award of the Province of Tyrol for New Building 2024" will be on display in the aut. Each project will be presented on up to five A4 panels, the winning projects on wall panels with large-format images and the jury's reasoning. The exhibition thus offers interested members of the public an excellent opportunity to gain an overview of current architectural developments in Tyrol.
