Austtellungseröffnung Henning Wagenbreth 2022

The Berlin illustrator and graphic designer Henning Wagenbreth creates lurid, dense and irritating visual worlds of bizarre figures that offer an oblique, highly sarcastic view of the world. For him, illustration is "a contribution to the culture of debate and the formation of social will." His expressive visual language, for which he is internationally renowned, can be experienced in the WEI SRAUM as a condensed spatial installation. Wagenbreth's band "The Mazookas" - folk from Eastern Europe to Western America - will play at the opening as part of the premiere days.
