Course leader

Yoga for everyone. Reduce stress right after work and come home in a good mood.

I offer "after work yoga" for all those who like to move after work and want to leave the stress of the working day behind them so that they can then enjoy the evening relaxed and in a good mood.

The session is for beginners and (slightly) advanced yoginis and those who have always wanted to try yoga.

You can join at any time.

No prerequisites necessary, just come in comfortable sportswear.
