Course leader

Yoga for everyone. Relieve stress right after work and come home in a good mood.

I offer "after work yoga" for everyone who would like to move around after work and leave the stress of the working day behind in order to enjoy the evening afterwards in a relaxed and good mood.

The session is for beginners and (slightly) advanced yoginis and those who have always wanted to try yoga.

You can join at any time.

No prerequisites necessary, just come in comfortable sportswear.
