The 5Rhythms® are a dynamic movement meditation in community. They are based on the observation that life and movement follow five fundamental rhythms: FLOWING, STACCATO, CHAOS, LYRICAL and STILLE. Each rhythm stands for a certain quality in movement and in life and invites you to experience a deeper connection to yourself and to others through movement and dance.

Music of different genres carries you through the wave. Gabrielle Roth's map of the 5Rhythms offers plenty of inspiration. At the same time, your own body remains the main source of movement impulses. No right, no wrong: let go, have fun and experience the beauty of the moment.
