22. Tirol Milch Frühlingslauf 2024

Come along - register - take part and spontaneously choose the length of the running route during the run: 2.7km, 5km, 9.6km, 14.7km and 21.1km. The 22nd TirolMilch Spring Run will take place on 6 April 2024 from 1 pm with start and finish at the market square in Innsbruck. Your inner well-being determines your running pace. Tempo runners from Team Gelenkpunkt will accompany you again on the distances 10 and 21.1km (from 4 1/2 to 6 minutes).
