21. International Golden Roof Challenge 2025
21. Int. Golden Roof Challenge
- official World Championship qualification for Tokyo!
On Whitsun Saturday - 7th June - the world elite in pole vaulting and long jump will once again gather in Innsbruck's magnificent Maria-Theresien-Straße!
And they have a mission:
To collect important world ranking points for qualification for the World Championships in Tokyo (13-21 September) at the WA-certified, largest mobile athletics facility in the world, "The FlySwat™", close to the audience.
In the middle of the spectacular aerial competition this time is a newly crowned runner-up from Innsbruck: Magdalena Rauter sensationally secured the runner-up world title in the pole vault in Lima in 2024 and will be in close contact with the world elite at the Challenge! Local hero Riccardo Klotz will also be aiming for new heights.
The cult event in Innsbruck will once again be ennobled as a World Athletics Continental Tour Challenger and, as the traditional "homebase" of the Golden Fly Series, is also the epicentre of the in-city athletics scene.
