The shop offers a rich and exclusively organic and regional range of fresh vegetables, fruit, goat products, dairy products, herbs, syrups, schnapps, juices, honey and honey products, farmhouse bread, flour, eggs, pasta and much more. Three Tyrolean organic farmers (Regula Imhof from Natters, Maria and Christoph Astner from Hopfgarten i.B. and Alfons Frischmann from Terfens) and Sylvia Farbmacher are part of this initiative a platform for organic farmers. The products are offered in the joint organic shop in Innsbruck, and in addition to the possibility to buy, there is information for consumers on organic farming and organic products.
