CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises and much more. The special thing about it is that no two workouts are the same and your body and mind always have to face new challenges. Our goal is to achieve a significant increase in the 10 areas of
Endurance, power, strength, strength endurance, balance, flexibility, speed, dexterity, coordination and accuracy of movement
and thus improve your fitness from the ground up. In order to achieve this, training takes place in groups of up to 10 people. In this way, everyone gets the attention they need to achieve the best results. The training is suitable for everyone, as all exercises are adapted to individual needs. In this way, we guarantee that a competitive athlete will break into a sweat just as much as a (previously) sporty person. A training session lasts about an hour and consists of a common warm-up, a skill part (in which you are taught a "new" exercise), a strength part and last but not least the WOD (workout of the day).
