Genussvoll durch den goldenen Herbst: Die e-Bike Genusstour im Alpbachtal

Updated on 02.09.2024

On 14 September, the Alpbachtal invites you to enjoy biking. The e-bike pleasure tour promises not only breathtaking panoramas, but also culinary delights along the way. The circular tour combines sporting activity with the best culinary delights the region has to offer.

The event starts at the Inneralpbach car park, where participants set off on their individual tour between 9 and 10 am. With no fixed guide and no pressure to compete, it's up to you to decide how quickly or leisurely you want to cover the route. Along the way, several huts invite you to sample Tyrolean specialities. From a tasty soup and traditional cheese dumplings to a tantalising cheese platter - every stop offers a new, delicious surprise.

The sustainability of the event is particularly noteworthy: the e-bike pleasure tour is organised as a green event and therefore ensures a low environmental impact, allowing participants to experience nature in its purest form and protect it at the same time.

The route leads through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the Alpbachtal, with both leisure cyclists and those with sporting ambitions getting their money's worth. True to the motto "cycle your way to a meal", soup is served at the Wurmhof snack station. The second course is served at the Faulbaumgartenalm with Tyrolean cheese dumplings. After a few challenging metres in altitude, you can sample a variety of cheeses from dairyman Hannes Klingler at the Steinbergalm. Finally, there is a sweet temptation at the Böglalm in Inneralpbach. A meal and a non-alcoholic drink are included at each refreshment stop.

Participants who register by 13 September can secure their ticket for 35 euros. Last-minute registrants can also get in on the day of the event for 40 euros. All participants will receive a goodie bag as a souvenir of this special day.

The e-bike pleasure tour in Alpbachtal is the perfect opportunity to combine enjoyment and exercise in one of Tyrol's most beautiful regions. Further information can be found here.
