Renowned guests from business, society and technology met for the 18th time at the South Tyrolean Business Forum. More than 400 visitors accepted the invitation to the sold-out MEC congress centre in Bolzano to take part in first-class lectures, stimulating exchanges of ideas and valuable networking on the topic of "Location in competition - Technology. Innovation. Entrepreneurship. Values." participate. In addition, the Start-Up Arena with selected newcomers from the region enabled the best opportunities for contacts and partnerships.

After the commissioned administrator and general director of the South Tyrolean Savings Bank Nicola Calabrò officially opened the event at the podium, Christian Pfeifer, editor-in-chief of the South Tyrolean Business Newspaper, led through an exciting afternoon. "In any case, it is helpful to be located where there is talent, where there is capital and where you can get investments to build up a company," emphasised tech entrepreneur Jürgen Galler, who dealt with digital business models in his presentation.

Afterwards, a cosy get-together with South Tyrolean specialities invited to a relaxed exchange and networking with customers, partners and friends. MCI Rector Andreas Altmann was delighted with the successful event: "What an atmosphere, what spirit, what fireworks of impulses, inspirations, reflections, ideas, conversations and contacts. And all of this framed by delicacies that can only be found in South Tyrol. The South Tyrolean Business Forum was a complete success again this year."
