ÖH MCI: Laura Flür übergibt Vorsitz nach über 2 Jahren an Julian Pfurtscheller

After more than two years as Chairwoman of the MCI Student Union (ÖH MCI), Laura Flür has now handed over the chairmanship to Julian Pfurtscheller, an MCI student from Kufstein. The 18-year-old is starting his new role with a great deal of motivation and commitment: "I would like to thank Laura Flür for her outstanding work over the past two years. I feel very honoured to be able to take on this role and will represent all students at MCI to the best of my ability. My aim is to make the ÖH even better for students by providing new services".

Focus on improving study conditions and new MCI building

The primary goal of the ÖH MCI is to achieve optimal conditions for their studies and career prospects, which is why particular attention is being paid to the immediate, high-quality realisation of the new MCI campus. The new ÖH MCI President Julian Pfurtscheller shows no understanding for the ongoing delays: "The discussions about the new MCI building must finally come to an end. We cannot allow political failure to be carried out on the backs of the students, who have been waiting far too long for the new campus."

MCI Rector Andreas Altmann: "On behalf of MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and also personally, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the outgoing Chairwoman Laura Flür for her great commitment and the excellent and always constructive cooperation. I wish the new Chairperson Julian Pfurtscheller good luck, success and joy in his new role and look forward to working with him in a spirit of partnership."
