2. Media Academy Scholarship

Apply now: 12 scholarships for Media Academy in August

Several students from the University of Innsbruck have already successfully participated in this summer academy for journalism and PR at the University of Liechtenstein. There are again 12 scholarships for students of all disciplines. You need time in August, an interest in journalism and public relations and a successful participation in the entrance test.

The call for applications for the International Media Academy at the University of Liechtenstein in August 2023 is aimed at German speakers interested in journalism.This training is free of charge thanks to scholarships from the Liechtenstein government. Upon successful completion, you will take home 10 ECTS points. Apply now:

4. USI

The University Sports Institute Innsbruck (USI) with an area of 125,000 m2 has been a constant in Innsbruck's sports landscape for decades. Sports enthusiasts are offered a colourful programme of indoor and outdoor courses in 13 halls and on 36,763 m2 of open space. In the summer semester of 2023, more than 300 trained instructors from a wide variety of disciplines will be on hand to take care of the sporting well-being of interested students, staff and university graduates on land, in the water, on the climbing rope, in the snow, to music, etc. Between "A" for acrobatics and "W" for wild water tubing, there will be an extensive range of cycling courses, including trail and downhill camps and, for the first time, a road cycling programme. The "Course News" section on the USI homepage(https://usi.uibk.ac.at/usi/page) lists new course creations in the summer semester 2023.However, the versatility of USI Innsbruck is also reflected in a colourful workshop, festival and weekend programme. Triathlon camps, the second edition of the Dance'n'Spring dance festival, canyoning, alpine climbing or alpine skiing giant slalom camps, to name but a few.With the Tyrolean Academic Championship (TAM) in chess and the "Long Night of Sports", there are two further highlights in the competition area of the USI Innsbruck in the summer months of 2023.The sporting leisure balance is thus well provided for!
