Gut gebettet in Tirol: Neue Unterkünfte im Sommer 2023

Whether in a historic ambience, in a luxurious SkyLoft or in a triangular wooden house - Tyrol's hosts have once again come up with a lot of new ideas to welcome their guests with innovative concepts and creative ideas in summer 2023. An overview of newly built and freshly renovated accommodation in Tyrol:

Dignified luxury: Nova Moments, AchenseeWitha mix of classic architecture and modern design, a wellness area with large glass fronts and panorama saunas as well as an infinity whirlpool and a view of the Rofan mountains, contemporary rooms and suites with natural materials of wood and linen as well as a restaurant with a stone pine parlour, the Nova Moments in Pertisau at Lake Achensee opens in summer. The hosts Manuela Bergmüller and Tobias Strauß have skilfully transformed the former Hotel Das Liebling into a boutique hotel with the highest level of living comfort.

Exclusive box seat: Achensee SkyLoft at Hotel Rieser, AchenseeThenew Achensee SkyLoft at Hotel Rieser in Pertisau on Lake Achensee is not only the only hotel suite in Tyrol with a private pool, but also offers numerous highlights in terms of furnishings. The design combines natural materials with modern design. Two bedrooms and a children's room with bathroom en suite, a living room with open kitchen and sofa area offer 190 m² of space for two to six people. The highlight of the Achensee SkyLoft is the 115 m2 terrace with a far-reaching view, outdoor living room, pool with infinity feeling and Finnish sauna.

Charmingly casual: Wagnerhof, AchenseeJusta few metres from the lakeshore is the Wagnerhof in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, which invites guests to the new suite retreat in summer 2023 after a major conversion and extension. The luxurious suites - alternatively with mountain or lake view - are furnished to a high standard and offer space for up to four people on up to 72 m2. The stay is rounded off by regional, Austrian cuisine with ingredients from the hotel's own farm as well as the new "Still & heimlich" spa with infinity pool, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna world, fitness room, quiet comfort zones and a spacious garden.

Cosy time-out: Zeit.Glück Apartments, AlpbachtalStephanieBühler took over the former Prosserhof guesthouse from her aunt in Radfeld in the Alpbachtal holiday region. In only 13 months of construction, the house was converted into eight new flats with sauna, relaxation and fitness room as well as a roof terrace with a view of the Rattenberg Schlossberg. The Zeit.Glück flats offer space for two to six people, are fully equipped and all barrier-free.

Historical ambience: Boutiquehotel Rattenberg, AlpbachtalIn the midst ofthe historic old town of Rattenberg, Austria's smallest town, lies the new Boutiquehotel Rattenberg. Nestled in winding alleys and located directly on the Inn River, nine extravagant flats invite you to take a break in old walls - surrounded by unique collector's items from the region. The highlight of the house is the 130 m2 penthouse with an atrium, two roof terraces with views of the Schlossberg and the Inn, and a private sauna.

Down-to-earth flats: Greidlhof, ZillertalThe100-year-old Greidlhof of host family Sprenger is located in themiddle ofFügen. A good 30 years ago, the old stables were moved away from the village centre and rebuilt. Today, the three new flats (for two to six people) have a down-to-earth yet modern style. In Anni's farm shop on the ground floor, guests can find homemade specialities such as fruit spreads, various types of cheese and many other products, and can taste fine brandies and liqueurs from the in-house distillery.

Charming addition: Landhaus Erna at Landgasthof Linde, ZillertalThe Landgasthof Linde in Stumm in the Zillertal is one of the oldest inns in Tyrol with multi-award-winning inn cuisine. Inspired by the name of senior chef Hannes Ebster's mother, from spring 2023 guests will stay in the new Landhaus Erna in addition to the existing guest rooms. The 75-year-old home has been carefully expanded and offers charming suites, a small, fine spa and a garden pool.

Stylish cosiness: Fasserhäusl, ZillertalFor manygenerations, the Fasserhäusl in Uderns in the Zillertal, built in 1750, served as a home. The building has now been carefully renovated by the Hell family and revitalised with great attention to detail. With space for four to eleven people, guests can look forward to a cosy holiday home with style and a touch of luxury: solid old wood, the finest technology and comfortable interiors.

Full of history: Stearawirt's Hauserei, LechtalInSteeg and thus in the middle of the nature park region of the Tyrolean Lechtal lies the Stearawirt's Hauserei at 1,120 m above sea level. The trendy herbal design hotel ingeniously combines tradition and family hospitality with down-to-earth luxury and lifestyle. Chic natural rooms and suites with natural materials and a fine wellness area with mountain views await guests in the renovated and newly expanded 180-year-old traditional establishment. Guests can also look forward to a unique taste experience and workshops on the world of herbs.

Cosy atmosphere: Alpenchalets Oberlaiming, Kitzbühel AlpsFromMay 2023, the Faistenauer family welcomes guests to the new Alpenchalets Oberlaiming in Itter in the Kitzbühel Alps. Four chalets with a total of 14 flats each offer space for up to four people. The chalets made of spruce wood are equipped with all comforts and score with a sunny, quiet location and a magnificent panoramic view of the Kitzbühel mountains. In summer, guests can cool off in the hotel's own swimming pond. Numerous recreational opportunities are in the immediate vicinity.

All new: Griesneralm, Kitzbühel AlpsAftera full fire in the winter of 2021, in which the Griesneralm in Kirchdorf was completely destroyed, it reopens its doors in May 2023. Situated in the Kaiserbachtal nature reserve, the inn will start operating again in May. From the summer of 2023, the Dornauer family will once again welcome guests in the cosy rooms.

Listed building: Kirchenwirt Wörgl, Kitzbüheler AlpenAplace of cosiness, conviviality and tradition has been created in Wörgl with the reopened Kirchenwirt. The business is a successful example of the campaign #dufehlst - Tiroler Wirtshäuser suchen DICH. The initiative to strengthen the Tyrolean inn culture of the province of Tyrol pursues the goal of preserving traditional local inns and reactivating closed establishments. In the Kirchenwirt, a listed building dating from 1875, regional dishes are served in a traditional setting.

Second home: home suite home, PillerseetalTheboutique lodge in Fieberbrunn recently became the new, stylish 4-star hotel home suite home, designed with a lot of heart and soul. Five double rooms and ten completely renovated flats, from the small two-person flat to the spacious family flat, captivate with their trendy, luxurious design. The cuisine in the new "suite&sour" restaurant convinces with a creative yet down-to-earth menu. The highlight is the "suite&relax" rooftop spa with outdoor pool, Finnish sauna, organic herbal sauna, outdoor loungers, relaxation room, wellness bar and an all-round mountain view.

Scandinavia meets Tyrol: Schauplats, Innsbruck regionConceptstore, café and holiday flat under one roof: With Schauplats in the middle of Axams, near Innsbruck, the Streicher family has created a very special place. Guests can look forward to Nordic living culture, homemade coffee house specialities and a real "hygge" lifestyle. The 45 m2 holiday flat for one to four people impresses with its Scandinavian furnishings, the open exposed roof truss and the view of the mountains.

Triangle with a view: Collis Hill, East TyrolInKals am Großglockner and thus in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park lies Collis Hill, a mountain resort consisting of three tichas and five rooms in the main house. The tichas impress with a triangular wooden construction inspired by mountain peaks and American tipis. Inside, guests can expect a pleasant indoor climate, a unique smell and a sense of well-being with a view of the mountains. With a sun terrace, open fire, product hut, meeting room and other spaces, host Katrin Polentz aims to bring her guests together on the grounds of a former farm.

Small village: Lacknerhof, KufsteinerlandRestaurant, butcher's shop, bakery, confectionery, dairy, farm shop and also flats: the Lacknerhof in Langkampfen in Kufsteinerland will present itself as a small village within a village from summer 2023. Built as they once were, with a clear concept for the future, guests can look forward to cosy flats in the middle of a modern farm. The two holiday flats are fully equipped, generate electricity via their own PV system on the roof and offer a magnificent view of the mountains. Moreover, they are only a few steps away from the in-house restaurant and farm. With an adventure playground, an indoor children's paradise and farm animals, the Lacknerhof is also ideal for families.

Cosy feeling: Chalina flat, Seefeld region - Tyrol's high plateauHigh-qualitymaterials such as old wood, natural stone and metal, modern shapes and sustainable fabrics: welcome to Chalina, the brand new flats in Leutasch near Seefeld. Whether it's a couple's break, a family holiday for four or a friends' getaway for six - the flats score points with a well thought-out spatial concept and high-quality furnishings. In the basement, a small spa and relaxation area invites you to take a relaxing break after a day in the mountains.

In the jungle: LIFESTEIL flat resort, ÖtztalTukaninstead of eagle, palm instead of Swiss stone pine, Tigerlilly instead of traditional dirndl - fancy a little jungle fever in the middle of the Ötztal? Together with Dominic and Benedikt Kapferer, Janine Scheiber is bringing an international flat resort in jungle style to the Ötztal mountains. There is something to discover in every corner of the house: from the thoroughly designed luxury flats to the Botanik Bar & Bistro to the wildly green Urban Jungle.

Family first: Hannesn Hof, ÖtztalFromsummer 2023, Hannesn Hof will offer fully equipped flats for two to six people near Längenfeld in the Ötztal. With their concept, the Egger host family is focusing entirely on the little guests and has come up with a lot for little adventurers to discover with Wilma, Flori and Hannesn the rabbit. The family-friendly flats are barrier-free and pets are also allowed.

Alpine wine: Wein Neururer, PitztalWinefrom the Pitztal? Sounds strange, but it's true. Guests of Fabian and Rabea Neururer stay in Arzl in the Pitztal in two modern flats with floor-to-ceiling windows with a covered terrace with mountain panorama and a fully equipped kitchen. What is special, however, is that the hosts are winegrowers and guests can therefore enjoy the hotel's own wine. Either in the wine café, where cold as well as hot dishes are available alongside NEURURER wines, or while developing your own wine together with the host.

Between mountain and valley: Puitalm Natur Apart Hotel, PitztalFormerlya traditional alpine pasture, today an aparthotel with mountain spa and restaurant: From summer 2023, the host family Kopp-Musch will welcome their guests in the new Natur Apart Hotel Puitalm at 1,476 m above sea level. Those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers will feel at home in the 25 flats. Large panoramic windows bring nature into the interior of the room, where natural materials emphasise the ambience. The mountain spa offers everything needed for relaxation on 400 m2 with an infinity pool, spacious sauna area, sunbathing area and fitness room. In the mountain restaurant, only seasonal ingredients, mainly from Tyrol, are served, from game specialities from our own hunt to popular Tyrolean dishes.

New outfit: Luisalle, WildschönauLocatedin the centre of Auffach, just a few minutes' walk from the Schatzberg gondola, the Luisalle flat house is a long-established family business with a new look. The more than 60-year-old building has already been renovated and extended several times, and is now entering the summer season with a new concept and fresh ideas. The fully equipped flats all have balconies from which guests can enjoy the surrounding mountains and offer enough space for couples and families.

Sustainable concept: Bildungshaus St. Michael, WipptalIna secluded location and at 1,200 m above sea level, the newly built Bildungshaus St. Michael is located in Matrei am Brenner, just twenty kilometres south of Innsbruck. The building was constructed entirely in wood, has a passive house standard and thus follows a sustainable concept. The 58 single and double rooms all have a balcony, and in the morning guests start the day at the rich breakfast buffet.
