Full house at the MCI Recruiting Forum 2023

In 2023, the Entrepreneurial School® once again invited its students and young alumni to its in-house career fair, the MCI Recruiting Forum, at Congress Innsbruck. Almost 1,000 interested visitors met 100 top national and international companies to make valuable contacts and gather useful tips for starting a career. For the exhibiting organisations - from well-known brands and hidden champions to large corporations and family businesses, traditional companies and start-ups - the event once again offered the ideal opportunity to present themselves as an attractive employer and track down future talent.

Participants in the Recruiting Forum were able to register on the digital trade fair platform in advance and gain access to almost 700 advertisements for internships, jobs and theses. The online tool also made it possible to arrange appointments with the exhibiting companies. The companies also had the opportunity to invite talented people of interest to their stand in advance.

In addition to the excellent networking opportunities, visitors to the Recruiting Forum benefited from first-class application services such as application photo shoots and staged job interviews. HR professionals also provided valuable feedback on application documents, experts from LinkedIn took a closer look at LinkedIn profiles and Red Bull used the "Wingfinder" personality test to shed light on personal strengths for the right career boost.
