05.01.2023 / From 13 to 15 January 2023, the first FFKB Winterseries will set the course for the present and future of the Kitzbühel Film Festival. Advisory board members, patrons, sponsors and filmmakers will meet for a productive exchange during the first FFKB Winterseries. The team is also proud to present the cinema premiere of Adrian Goiginger's new film "Der Fuchs" on Friday, 13 January at 7:00 pm.
With "Der Fuchs", Adrian Goiginger once again draws on a true story of his family. This time he bows to his great-grandfather, who served as a motorbike courier in the Second World War. As an introverted young soldier, he found a wounded fox cub in 1940, which he took with him to occupied France. Through his friendship with the animal, he not only survived the difficult time of war, but above all regained his faith in love and family. Simon Morzé (Der Trafikant), Karl Markovics (Die Fälscher) and Liesl Streitberger (Die Toten vom Bodensee) are among the actors in the leading roles.
Adrian Goiginger has already achieved considerable success: The feature film debut Das Beste aller Welten (The Best of All Worlds), which won five Austrian Film Awards in 2018 - including Best Film -, two Bavarian Film Awards, the Compass Perspective Award at the Berlinale, the Audience Award at the Diagonale and many other trophies at numerous festivals.
