In a thrilling match against Jahn Regensburg on Sunday evening, SV Werder Bremen finalised their return to the Bundesliga. This means that the training camp in Zillertal will take place from 30 June to 10 July 2022. High-calibre test matches are also being planned, to which media representatives are also cordially invited. More detailed information on match times and opposing teams will follow shortly.
The Zillertal is looking forward to welcoming the Werder Bremen team back to Zell am Ziller. Frank Baumann, Managing Director of Football at Werder Bremen, is once again expecting optimal conditions for the training camp and the test matches this year. "We are travelling to the Zillertal for the eleventh time, we always feel at home there and are already looking forward to our time in the Zillertal."
Both sides are currently working hard on the training camp programme and a programme for the Werder fans travelling with them. The pitch in Zell am Ziller will once again host some high-calibre test matches, with the opponents and exact dates to be announced in the coming weeks.
