Rustic & genuine: Almhof ZillertalTheAlmhof Zillertal isaround400 years old; a holiday in the farmhouse at an altitude of 1,200m is correspondingly rustic. The two barn bathrooms have recently been restored to the latest standards and a sauna has been integrated, but the building itself has largely been left in its original state. Heating is traditionally done with a tiled cooker in the farmhouse parlour, cooking is done on a rustic Tyrolean wood cooker.
