We are shocked by the terrible situation in Ukraine. That is why there is now an ÖH support pot for all those who have been affected by this war.
Up to 1,000 euros in funding is possible!

- ÖH Buddy-System for Ukrainian students
In cooperation with the University of Innsbruck we would like to provide Ukrainian students with a buddy during this difficult time.

There are currently about 60 students from Ukraine studying at the University of Innsbruck. On Thursday, 17 March, there will probably be a joint info event around midday/afternoon, where an expert in psychosocial crisis management will also be on hand to help you.
All those who have been assigned to a:m Ukrainian student will receive an email as soon as possible.

It's that time again!
The legendary ÖH Semesteropening in the Music Hall is starting the next round.
The pre-sale tickets were gone in 4 hours - but there are still some tickets left at the box office. Be there early on 22.03. and secure your place at the hottest party this semester in the MusicHall!

- ÖH support groups "Let's talk
We all have difficulties in our studies. They can be very diverse: stress, loneliness, money worries, motivation problems, pressure to perform, procrastination, but also physical and mental illnesses, anxiety, addiction, depression and so much more.
You are not alone! In order to be able to get rid of your own worries for once, to be able to exchange ideas with others with the same problems and possibly benefit from their experiences, there are now fortnightly discussion groups - by students for students. Just send us an email to selbsthilfe@oeh.cc with a topic you would like to talk about and we will get back to you.

We are shocked by the terrible situation in Ukraine. Therefore, from now on there is an ÖH fund for everyone affected by this war.
There is the possibility to receive a financial support up to EUR 1,000!

In cooperation with the University of Innsbruck, we would like to pair Ukrainian students up with a buddy during this difficult time.

It's that time of the year again!
The legendary ÖH semester opening in the Music Hall is ready for its next edition.
The presale tickets were sold out within 4h - but there will still be tickets available at the evening box office. Come early on March 22 and secure your ticket for the best party of this semester!

Studying can be hard sometimes. Stress, loneliness, financial worries, troubles motivating yourself, depression, etc.?
You are not alone! Talking about problems and sharing experiences with like-minded students could be beneficial for your mental health.
Join our support groups - for students by students.
Send an email to selbsthilfe@oeh.cc with a topic you want to talk about and we will respond to you asap.
