First-class operation in Tyrol: The coveted "Oscars" of the Austrian watch and jewellery industry were presented by ORF presenter Kristina Inhof at the "Schmuckstars - Gala Night" in Vienna on 24 September 2022. The "Armbruster Brothers" from Seefeld were awarded the prize in the category "Web-Star of the Year".
The Schmuckstars Awards are the most important award in the watch and jewellery industry throughout Austria. "They are a compass on the watch and jewellery market for consumers", comments "Schmuckstars" initiator Christian P. Lerner. The "Armbruster Brothers" from Seefeld, who were already awarded the prize "Classic Jeweller of the Year" in 2021, were able to repeatedly convince the 22 jury members of their excellent performance and bring the victory in the category "Web Star of the Year" to Tyrol.
"Of course, the essence of our work lies in the personal consultation in the shop, but we want our traditional business to be ahead of its time as well. For this reason, we have invested a lot in our digital presence. We maintain our online shop on a daily basis, our new website presents us authentically and we regularly provide insights into our profession via social media channels," reports Jürgen Armbruster, jeweller at the Tiroler Schmuckkastl. Relevant for the evaluation were criteria such as visual implementation, user experience, social media presence, the conveyance of emotion and the possibility of interaction. A great confirmation that even small family businesses can stand out with modernity.
