Mountaineering legend Peter Habeler invites you to a very special reading on Saturday, 24 September 2022 at the K3 KitzKongress and to a mountain hike on Sunday, 25 September 2022.
Exciting stories from and with Peter Habeler
The last weekend in September on 24 and 25 September 2022 has a lot in store. Peter Habeler, who will be 80 years old this year, will give a lecture and present his latest film together with Servus TV. It shows the mountain worlds as well as excerpts from his previous films. He will also present his new book "Mein nächster Berg". Afterwards there will be a book sale with personal dedication. The mountaineer will also be available to answer questions. Admission to the hall is from 7:30 pm with a welcome drink, and it starts at 8 pm.
During the break and after the presentation, a mountaineer's snack and drinks/coffee will be provided in the foyer of the K3 KitzKongress.
Admission costs EUR 22.00 and tickets are available at Kitzbühel Tourismus, Hinterstadt 18, and at the Raiffeisenbank Kitzbühel, St. Johann and Kirchberg in Tirol bank branches (there is a discount for customers). With every purchase of a ticket, you will also receive a voucher worth EUR 20.00 for the purchase of your next pair of SCARPA mountain and hiking boots.
On Sunday, 25 September, the next highlight awaits: a mountain hike with the soon to be 80-year-old popular figure. Peter Habeler, together with hiking guides from Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel, will accompany the tour from the Bichlalm mountain station via Goasbergl to the Wildpark. The meeting point is at the Bichlalm mountain station, where a special price of EUR 10.00 per person is offered for the ascent with the Bichlalm chairlift. The start will follow at 10:00 am. At the end there will be a shuttle service from the Wildpark back to the Bichlalm valley station. The price for the tour is EUR 15.00 including shuttle service.
Registrations are still possible until 15 September 2022 at ueberall.cc/events.
The hike will take place in all weather conditions (except storm and hail).
