Fine wines, a breathtaking panorama and top winegrowers from Lower Austria and Burgenland: Austria's highest wine tasting at Café 3.440, the highest coffee house in the Alpine republic, and the "Bottle Party" at the Pitztal Glacier Mill on 29 and 30 April are a real treat for connoisseurs.
On Friday, 29 April, the kick-off event of the Pitztal Wine and Pleasure will be high up. Eleven top winegrowers from Lower Austria and Burgenland presented their finest wines in front of the impressive mountain backdrop at Café 3440 from 1 pm. These include, for example, the Kopfensteiner winery from Deutsch-Schützen in Burgenland and the Klosterneuburg Abbey winery from Wagram in Lower Austria. Admission costs EUR 20 and the ascent is only possible with a valid lift ticket.
On Saturday, 30 April, the wine tasting with "Bottle Party" will take place in the Pitztal Glacier Mill at the Gletscherexpress valley station from 4 to 8 pm. Admission costs EUR 20.
