MCI: 1000 fresh alumni in business, technology & society

Recently, the last Bachelor's and Master's certificates were presented at the ceremonial graduation. In total, more than 1000 graduates completed their studies at the Entrepreneurial University® last year. They graduated from one of a total of 29 degree programmes in the fields of Business & Society or Technology & Life Sciences or from one of the six continuing education master's degree programmes. 13 of these degree programmes are conducted entirely in English. Numerous students have completed a so-called double-degree programme, in which they have acquired an additional foreign degree. The festively decorated Dogana at the Congress Innsbruck provided a stylish setting for the graduation ceremonies, which were attended by more than 7,000 guests from all over the world.

15.000 MCI Alumni

This brings the number of alumni since the MCI was launched in 1996 to an impressive 15,000, with a success rate of 84%. This internationally remarkable figure is achieved through a demanding admission procedure, committed lecturers, intensive support and a range of other measures such as tutorials and efficient student services.

Outstanding opportunities on the labour market

Thanks to close cooperation with industry and the practical orientation of all degree programmes, MCI graduates are in particularly high demand and already have an average of 2.6 job offers1 upon graduation. The great interest of the job market is also evident every year at the in-house Recruiting Forum, a high-profile recruiting event that recently attracted 80 employers from Austria and abroad in search of outstandingly qualified graduates.
