50 years of Wildpark: Next weekend, 15 and 16 October 2022, the anniversary celebration to mark "50 years of Wildpark Aurach" will take place with exciting special offers.
On Saturday, 15 October 2022, the anniversary weekend in the Aurach Wildlife Park will start at 11:30am with a morning pint with the Auracher Gunglmusik. Between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Fabiola invites you to a face-painting session.
On Sunday, 16 October 2022, further offers await the guests of the Aurach Wildlife Park. The musical afternoon with Lois Manzl begins at 12:00. A special treat awaits the little guests on this day as well: artist Simone Opdahl offers a children's painting workshop "Favourite animals from Aurach Wildlife Park". Places are subject to availability. The works created will then be auctioned off by Florentine Rosemeyer, with the proceeds going to the Aurach Wildlife Park.children can look forward to a surprise afterwards.
On Saturday and Sunday, little guests can look forward to supervised feedings in the Streichlstadl at 11:30 and 13:30. On both days, the Aurach Wildlife Park team will be on hand to answer questions about the 350 animals and 32 different species: at 11 a.m. in front of the rock deer enclosure and at 2 p.m. in front of the new lynx house. For the 50th anniversary, there is a special present for the wild park animals. in 2022 - the year of the lynx - the lynx house, the oldest building in the Wildpark, was modernised and the outdoor enclosure was enlarged.
On the anniversary weekend, there are special admission offers. On Saturday, admission prices will be the same as 50 years ago. Adults can visit the park for 0.35 cents and children for 0.20 cents. On Sunday, all birthday children who will be or have been 50 years old this year will have free admission. Active animal sponsors and sponsors may take friends and family to the wildlife park for free on both days.
