The legend is back!

The legendary relay competition "RISE&FALL" returns after a break due to corona and celebrates its 10th birthday on 10 December 2022 in Mayrhofen. For this anniversary, the RISE&FALL presents itself in new splendour and with new, exciting competitions: In addition to the hitherto classic TEAM RACE, there will be two further start options for the first time this year: a SINGLE RACE and a separate KIDS RACE relay. The motto "Four people, one team, no mercy" applies again in the anniversary year. Teams of four from all over the world will compete in the disciplines of ski mountaineering, paragliding, mountain biking and skiing. For the first time, there will also be a SINGLE RACE classification: an individual competition in which five exclusive starting places will be awarded to single athletes who master all four RISE&FALL disciplines on their own.

The organisers have come up with a special KIDS RACE for young athletes. In the children's relay of teams of two aged 8 to 13, the kids have to master two different disciplines. Of course, the fun will not be neglected!

RISE&FALL 4 ALSOthe OUTDOOR GUIDING DAYS with Ski Testival in Mayrhofen will take place again this year as usual: From Friday, 09 December to Sunday, 11 December 2022, professional guides will introduce beginners to advanced athletes to three RISE&FALL disciplines (ski touring, paragliding, skiing) and will be on hand with tips as well as valuable advice. Registration for the "Outdoor Guiding Days" will also be possible from 01 September at myzillertal.app/outdoorguidingdays.
