Traditional sunny skiing in April in the Zillertal Arena
When the snow in the valley gives way to daffodils and tulips and spring arrives, the fun on the slopes in the largest ski area of the Zillertal is far from over. Friends of the Zillertal Arena know what perfect firn and warm temperatures mean: It's time for the legendary Lederhosen Wedel Week! From 04-10 April 2022, all traditional costume fans can look forward to a full programme and many highlights on the slopes and in the huts of the Zillertal Arena.
"Iats homses daboatet" - the traditional season finale is back!
One thing has not changed despite the two-year break: The thick winter down jacket can stay at home! Mild temperatures up to over 2,000 metres above sea level and lots of sunshine await all visitors in April. Dirndl and lederhosen are more in keeping with the hearty atmosphere on the slopes and in the huts. If you still can't quite imagine skiing in traditional costume, you can see for yourself in the new Lederhosen Wedel spot: https://youtu.be/pn_CNA48LCo
