Off to the first SnowArt Genussfestival in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
Whether on the slopes or in the hut - in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis everything revolves around culinary and musical enjoyment at the new SnowArt Genussfestival.
The inhabitants of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis know very well that enjoyment is more than just eating. No wonder, then, that the enjoyment experience in the Tyrolean holiday region will be multiplied over two weekends in December. Because on the weekends of 9 to 11 and 16 to 18 December 2022, snow sports enthusiasts and mountain lovers will not only enjoy perfectly groomed slopes and breathtaking summit panoramas. Much better: between 11.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. the chefs of selected mountain restaurants will pamper their guests' palates with typical specialities and regional musicians will play cheerfully.
It's worth getting hungry, by the way, because the culinary offerings range from crispy suckling pig knuckles to Zammer Sonntagshendl and homemade Spritzstrauben. Whether pear, Swiss stone pine or plum, another highlight after so many delicacies is a fine noble brandy. Or you can enjoy a glass of "Fissky Imperial", a Tyrolean single malt whisky distilled from rustic Fisser Imperial barley. By now at the latest, the exuberant beats will get your feet bouncing and there's nothing standing in the way of a few easy dance steps.
By the way, more than 20 live bands and individual artists provide the right rhythm with a variety of sounds from rock, pop, folk music, funk and Schlager. But blues and jazz fans will not be disappointed either, of course. The Leithe Wirt, the Seealm Hög, the Komperdell panorama restaurant, the Lassida restaurant and the Masner ski hut will be there in Serfaus and the Sonnenburg family restaurant, the Möseralm, the BergDiamant panorama restaurant and the Zirbenhütte gourmet restaurant in Fiss-Ladis.
Tip: On the two Saturday evenings you can go night skiing on the mountain. Even then, there is no lack of live music or culinary delights.
