On the first Saturday in August, the fair in the centre of Kitzbühel will be held for the 96th time and invites locals and guests alike to the Gamsstadt.

When the Tyrolean traditional costume from dirndl to lederhosen is put on, it's time again. This year, as usual, the traditional town festival will take place in the Vorder- and Hinterstadt in Kitzbühel on Saturday, 6 August 2022 from 16:00 and will feature many highlights for young and old. Among others, 11 music groups and bands will provide the best live musical entertainment in the squares of the town centre. In addition, there will be bars and stalls, shooting galleries and many other attractions that will make this atmospheric event a very special one and guarantee a fantastic mood and good humour.
A shuttle service is also provided for all festival visitors from the Kitzbühel area, with free buses from and to Aschau, Kirchberg, St. Johann and Jochberg taking you safely and comfortably to the fair and back again.
Admission is EUR 12.00 and the event takes place in all weathers.
