Six fan events, two training camps and a premiere: For the tenth anniversary of the partnership with Borussia Dortmund, numerous highlights await in the Brixen Valley again this summer.
The Kitzbüheler Alpen-Brixental tourism region has been Borussia Dortmund's official tourism partner since 2012. To celebrate the anniversary of the cooperation with the successful German football club, there are a number of events on the programme for fans this summer - not all of them revolve around the round leather, but always around true love in black and yellow.
The first event is the BVB fan club tournament on 23 July, which will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the strong partnership. The BVB Summer Tour will focus on the entire family on 6 and 7 August. Not only the kids, but also adults can prove their ball skills at various exercise stations. From 8 to 12 August, the BVB Evonic football academy will be in the Brixen Valley for the tenth time. Westendorf will of course once again offer an exciting social programme for all those taking part in the popular training camp for girls and boys - from alpaca yoga to a shared evening in a mountain hut.
From 3 to 8 September, it's off the round leather and onto the bike when the Germany Rush powered by KitzSki and Kitzbüheler Alpen-Brixental takes place from the legendary Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund over 909 kilometres and 11,000 metres of altitude difference to the Brixental - not a race, but a real challenge for the amateur participants. Also not to be missed in the calendar is the BVB Legends Tournament on 10 September, where, among others, the traditional BVB team Unterhaching will meet the legends of FC Nuremberg and the Tyrolean tourism selection. The BVB Golf Tournament will conclude the black-yellow fan summer on 23 September.

But not only the fans will get their money's worth, there will also be networking again: In the past years, the Brixen Valley has been able to create versatile marketing opportunities with Borussia Dortmund. This will be continued from 21 to 23 September, when 20 major BVB sponsors will meet in the Brixental for a joint workshop and exchange.
Of course, fans will once again have the opportunity to watch their idols train in the Brixen Valley this summer. While the U23 team was already a guest in Brixen last week with its new coach Christian Preußer, a premiere awaits in August: for the very first time, a training camp of the BVB women's team will take place in the Brixen Valley from 10 - 14 August. The programme also includes two friendly matches, against a local women's team and the professional ladies of 1860 Munich.
