Programme in winter semester 2021/22

in the winter semester we look at new concepts for sustainable tourism, talk about shifts in our living spaces city, country, village and think about world conditions. How does the unlivable become livable, what is morality and does evil exist?

With the new format "WuV Salon", we are inviting regular debates from now on. In the dialogue series "Participation in Suicide" we hear reports on experiences from Switzerland and the Netherlands. In the third and last part, we will look at social contexts, backgrounds and consequences.

We will start a new series on data ethics in January. Since Edward Snowden's revelations at the latest, it has become clear that the world is in a data frenzy and that the most personal information of all of us has become a resource. We will start with a film projection of "Democracy - In the Frenzy of Data". In the summer semester of 2022, we will continue with talks on the topic of data ethics in medicine.

It will be a multi-layered, content-rich winter semester, stop by!
