Entry regulations
For regular commuting across the Austrian national border, students are still exempt from the new regulation due to their studies. They do not have to register or go through quarantine in Austria as long as they are considered commuters. Commuters are all students who travel home at least once a month.
If you receive different information at the border, you can refer to us directly. We got this information directly from the province of Tyrol.
The best way to find out about the regulations for entering your home countries is to consult the websites of the respective foreign offices.
