We will be starting our HIIT sessions again from Wednesday in cooperation with the

Basefive

. The training will take place online every Wednesday at 18:45 for the time being. You can find the ZOOM link in the bio and with the password BASEFIVE you're already in!

You don't really need anything for the training itself - a mat, towel and something to drink would be great!
If anyone has extra weights, then of course always provide them. The sessions are designed for all levels of ability
