In Austria, sustainability has arrived in gastronomy and the small restaurant "zeitlos" in Hopfgarten in the Brixental valley comes up with great culinary delights.
Head chef of senses Tamara Lerchner has made it her mission to create special memories.
Monika Pirchmoser, owner of the restaurant, secretly signed Tamara up for the successful cooking show "Silvia kocht" on ORF 2 and then surprised her with a trip. Tamara didn't know why she had to go to Upper Austria to cook until the last minute.
It was a special highlight for Tamara, Monika and also Silvia Schneider, especially as the cooperation with the whole team went smoothly and a very special bond was formed.
In the successful TV show "Silvia cooks", Tamara Lerchner creates several courses, and she also always introduces the producers.
By being close to local suppliers, the restaurant is able to offer guests a colourful variety of regional foods! The pairing of different foods and flavours to create a tasty dish. Food pairing combines different impulses for Tamara Lerchner, Monika Pirchmoser and their loyal producers and suppliers. The right accompaniment of drinks is also important.
The aim is not merely to be as original as possible, but in the best case to trigger culinary fireworks on the palate!
