- Winter School on Federalism and Governance 2022
How does federalism work in crisis situations? What constitutional arrangements can multi-level systems draw on in emergencies? Do they cope with exceptional situations better or worse than unitary states? What tasks do governments, parliaments and courts assume?
These questions and many more will be discussed from 30 January to 12 February 2022 in the online edition of the Winter School on Federalism and Governance. Organised by the University of Innsbruck and Eurac Research, Bolzano/Bozen, the successful cross-border training programme offers postgraduate students, young academics, people working in federalism practice and employees of non-governmental organisations a platform for further training and discussion of current issues in federalism and regionalism research.
