Functional Training meets Yin Yoga by Ronny Reisenbauer
From 30 September to 3 October 2021, you will find the opportunity to escape from everyday life and recharge your inner batteries at the Lebenberg Schlosshotel in Kitzbühel.
ORF personality and fitness coach Ronny Reisenbauer provides a strong programme when Functional Training meets Yin Yoga, offering the ideal balance for body & mind. In a dreamlike setting - surrounded by the Kitzbühel mountains - the workshop quickly provides a feel-good and fitness base.
The maximum of 12 participants come together at a cosy Get2together on Thursday and are well looked after with a variety of sports programmes and a joint dinner with energy cuisine on the following days.
