Top in the CHE university ranking

In total, the MCI can boast 42 top ratings in the top group. Especially in the category 'Contact with professional practice', all surveyed study programs at the Entrepreneurial University® achieved excellent ratings. This is the result of the recently published ranking by the Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE), which compares universities, universities of applied sciences and universities of applied sciences in Germany and Austria as part of a study survey.

The MCI Master's degree programme "Management, Communication & IT" achieved particularly good results in the renowned CHE ranking. The study programme at the Entrepreneurial University® received an excellent overall rating and was particularly convincing in terms of the study organisation, the support during the study programme as well as during the transition to the Master's programme.

In the current round of examinations, in which Master's programs in business and economics were examined throughout the German-speaking world, the MCI Master's programs "Entrepreneurship & Tourism", "International Business & Law " and "International Business & Management" also scored with excellent ratings. Here, too, the study organisation and the transition to the Master's programme received top marks.

Peter J. Mirski, Head of the MCI Department Management, Communication & IT, is pleased: "We work every day to keep our MCiT Master's programme 'Management, Communication & IT' up to date and practice-oriented in order to meet our international standards. We see the results of the CHE surveys as a great confirmation of this."

Andreas Altmann, Rector of the MCI, explains: "The results of the CHE ranking once again confirm the excellent student support, which is of great importance at the MCI. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved, who tirelessly and with dedication support our students."

Centre for Higher Education Development (CHE)

The Centre for Higher Education Development was founded in 1994 by the German Rectors' Conference and carries out one of the best-known European rankings: The CHE University Ranking is the most comprehensive and detailed university ranking in the German-speaking world. It is aimed primarily at first-year students and students as a decision-making aid, but is also increasingly of interest to business & society. The ranking takes into account different points of view, for example from students, university management and graduates, and allows a comparison between universities.
