Österreichs beste Arbeitgeber mit Top-Aufsteiger MCI

An extremely pleasant piece of news arrived at the MCI these days: long before the outbreak of the Corona crisis, research was already underway for a study on Austria's top employers, which has now been published in the current issue of the business magazine Trend: As an Entrepreneurial University®, the MCI is among the 300 best employers in Austria. But that's not all: the MCI is one of the best climbers. This rating is based on a leap forward of an impressive 192 ranks compared to the previous year. Only the brand company Eduscho had to admit defeat to the MCI in this category.

The ranking of the "Top Employers 2020" was carried out by the business magazine Trend together with the Hamburg-based market research institute Statista, Europe's largest employer rating platform Kununu and its parent company Xing. More than 200,000 assessments from four different evaluation channels were included in the evaluation. The most important question for the employees was whether and to what extent they would recommend their employer to others. "The most important aspects for high employee satisfaction are the feeling of fairness and trust as well as the opportunity for further training," explains Statista Director Silke Giesler. Classic parameters such as pay or company equipment have lost importance.

MCI Rector Andreas Altmann and MCI Human Resources Developer Brigitte Auer are pleased: "We are fortunate to work with a highly motivated and enthusiastic team. We see this especially now in the Corona crisis, when we had to digitise our entire operation practically overnight. Our thanks go to every single member of staff."
