MCI: Using the crisis for continuing education

During the crisis, MCI offers ideal training opportunities for managers and young professionals to optimise their personal portfolio. The focus is on management, leadership, digitalisation, business models and innovation. The first-class feedback from the recently published MCI alumni survey confirms that academic further education at the Entrepreneurial School significantly advances professional development and opens up new opportunities. For, as the latest survey shows, 24.1% of the now alumni were in middle management at the start of their further education, while the average figure has risen to 41.1% to date.

Results of the MCI Alumni Survey 2019/20 EXECUTIVE MASTER / CONTINUING EDUCATION

  • Recommendation of the MCI: 93.8% of MCI alumni in Executive Master programs would "definitely" or "to a great extent" recommend the MCI to friends, acquaintances and colleagues.
  • Overall assessment of the study program: 92.9% of MCI alumni gave the MCI Executive Master's program a "very good" or "good" rating.
  • Choice of study programme: 96.9% of all respondents stated that they had "definitely" or "largely" chosen the right study programme
  • Support during studies: 96.4% of all respondents rated the support during their studies as "very good" or "good".
  • The increase in the number of graduates employed in top management is also impressive.
