In a multi-stage process, Christian Fohrmann from Pertisau am Achensee was selected as the winner of the Raiffeisen Bildungsaktie 2019. The education share was offered as part of the cooperation between Raiffeisen and the Entrepreneurial University® to executives and junior managers who want to invest in their personal development and are willing to break new ground to do so. The award was presented by Gabriele Zimmermann, Raiffeisen Communications, together with Susanne E. Herzog, MCI Executive Education.
This year's winner Christian Fohrmann convinced the jury with his great commitment, his ability to self-reflect and his ambitious professional goals. He is currently planning a career change as Chief Digital Officer to a large tourism company, where he wants to inspire the employees for the digital transformation. With the help of the Raiffeisen Education Share, he will attend the innovative MCI course "Systemic Leadership Psychology", which not only teaches systemic understanding and leadership know-how on a scientific basis, but also aims to strengthen self-awareness, reflection skills and practice in particular.
Raiffeisen and MCI are linked by a decades-long partnership that goes back to the founding days of the Unternehmerische Hochschule®. Just like MCI, Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol AG values academic education as an important social asset and a central resource for personal development as well as for corporate and location development.
