Jackpot.fit starts in Innsbruck - trial training possible at any time


Jackpot.fit is a health sports programme for all sport beginners and those returning to sport who want to move more. The active programme will start in autumn in various regions in Tyrol and will be continuously expanded. The sessions take place in groups of maximum 12 people, last 60 minutes and include strength, endurance and motivational training. Adult women and men aged 35 to 65 make up the majority of the target group, and an entire semester can be attended free of charge
