In the comic "treiben" (Edition Moderne, 2022), Berlin artist Bernadette Schweihoff tells the story of a Berlin couple's journey on the Trans-Siberian Railway in enigmatic images. "Abteil Nr. 6" (FI, DE, EST, RU 2021) by Juho Kuosmanen (film screening at IFFI to be announced) sends two strangers by train towards the Arctic Circle. Film and comic meet in the explicit. What is the difference between them? We will discuss this with Bernadette Schweihoff, who will also read from treiben. A collaboration of the Innsbruck City Library and IFFI - International Film Festival Innsbruck.
